Deleting Forwarded E-Mail
My cPanel hosts a number of domains for a nonproffit organization. Some of those domains have e-mail accounts like president@xxx.org. Those addresses are then forwarded to other e-mail addresses not on my server. Once the mail is forwarded is it possible to have the original post deleted, so the mailbox doesn't keep growing and growing. Or, if not, is it possible to easily list, identify large mailboxes, and delete contents so we can start over?

I will suggest you try to install [url=http://configserver.com/cp/cmm.html]ConfigServer Mail Manage plugin on your server, Through this plugin you can manage all email account through your WHM. 0 -
Hello :) You can delete the actual email account and leave the forwarder in place. This will ensure that email is forwarded, yet not saved on the local server. Or, if you require the email account exists to send email, rather than setting up a forwarder, you could utilize the "User Level Filtering" option for the email address. Setup a rule to redirect the email sent to the email address, and then have an additional rule discard the message. Thank you. 0
