File Manager Problem

    Hello :) Are you able to download that same file through other methods such as FTP? Do you notice any error messages in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when attempting to download the file via File Manager? Thank you.

    No Michael, i have tried to download file via filezila as well

    Please try downloading the file via FTP. Also, do you have root access to this system? If so, and if downloading that file via FTP fails, access your server via SSH and run the following command: stat /home/username/public_html/file.name
    Replace "username" with the username of the account, and "file.name" with the name of the file. Do the permissions and ownership that are output with this command match the other files that you can download? Thank you.

    Hello Michael, hope you are fine and gr8 dear, yesterday i have created the ticket on cpanel support, will you please let me know the status of this ticket Support Request Id 4344987 - FTP Not Working and if it is possible to change the ownership and permission to REMOVED aur let us know the username and password.
