    Hello :) Do you have any firewall rules enabled on this system? If so, check to make sure the Yahoo IP addresses are not blocked. Thank you.

    I have some IPs blocked using Fail2Ban-like system, but Yahoo' IPs can connect to the server, but fail to negotiate the TLS connection... I dont believe this is related, means, Yahoo cannot send a message using TLS because another IP is blocked. Right?

    I suggest you take that as a hint... install a real certificate.
