Unable to backup my mysql database

    Here a screenshot of page where I should able to download my backup. .vB I see all my settings, but no databases.... Thanks !

    Looks like a custom style to me. Try switching to the default style to see if its a style issue.

    Hello :) Are your databases listed under the "MySQL" area in cPanel? Also, do you notice any specific error messages in the cPanel error log (/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log) when you browse to the page that you referenced? Thank you.

    It is already the default style, with some disable options but not in relation with Mysql or databases.     What style is that you're using then? This is what my default style looks like of course:

    What happens when you just run a mysqldump? If you can login to SSH and run the following it may help determine the issue: mysqldump horde > horde.sql That'll make a backup of the horde database which is generally pretty small so it's good to test on. If you run that and it presents errors post the full output here, I'll see if I can give some direction.

    To update, this was the result of invalid ownership on files associated with the account in the following directory: /var/cpanel/databases/
    The resolution was to update ownership of the files to "root:$username". Thank you.
