Reseller accouts out of order
Hi everyone, to start I hope I am posting this question in the correct are as I am new to forums, (dont want to get in trouble from the get go) :)
Ok, here I go, bear with me as I will try to be as thorough with my question as I can.
I just made the switch finally from a longtime shared server to a VPS account. Everything was migrated over for me but is not listed correctly in terms of reseller accounts.. My reseller acct on the shared server was "tomsr" which has 30+ accounts... I have 2 reseller accounts I created in there "bob" and "casey"
Were the problem is after the migration was complete, my "tomsr" is listed on my VPS as a reseller and so is "casey" but "bob" is shown as root in the reseller list.. So when I do an edit resller permission, it only show 2 choices "tomsr" and "casey"... "bob" is a customer and I cant even edit his priveledges since he is considered root and not a reseller account.
Is there a way to make the "tomsr" accounts into root and put the "bob" account back with the "casey" account as the resellers.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am baffled at this point.

Hello :) You can change ownership of multiple accounts via: "WHM Home " Resellers " Change Ownership of Multiple Accounts" Is this what you are attempting to do, or is there some other ownership value you are attempting to modify? Thank you. 0 -
Basically all my personal accounts need to be in root, so as of now I m actually a reseller on my own server as the user "bob" has all his accounts in root and not called "bob" 0 -
Yes, you can use the following option to change account ownership: "WHM Home " Resellers " Change Ownership of Multiple Accounts" Thank you. 0 -
