    ClamAV is good. However, Make sure it's updated and current. Also, You can take a look at maldet. For rootkits, Take a look at root kit hunter.

    Hello :) You can also utilize the "clamscan" functionality of ClamAV to scan specific directories/files or the entire server for known viruses. Thank you.

    pyxsoft.com also makes an anti malware scanner that works with mod security to scan uploads etc in realtime as well as scanning the users directories for malware etc.
