    When you install cPanel you get Exim. I'd recommend you live with that.

    Hello :) It's important to keep in mind that Apache and MySQL are installed by default with cPanel. You should not install a LAMP stack before installing cPanel because it's not necessary. Exim and Postfix are both mail transfer agents. Reviewing their respective websites would allow you review the technical specifications of each. You should not notice a difference in the front end when sending or receiving emails. Thank you.
