The update server is currently updating its files. It may take up to 30 minutes before access can be obtained. Waiting 30 seconds for access to the update server...... Checking again....
Hi vlee, Are you still seeing this issue when trying to update EasyApache? It seems like there might have been a connectivity issue the first time you tired. Thank you.

Now it is working.. Very strange to see that because I never had any issues before.

Hello, Great to hear that all is well now! We'll keep our eyes out for similar reports from other users. Thanks.

I am having the same exact issue. Not sure if it's just today but EasyApache has been looping the same message. The reason I am trying to run the EasyApache is because mb_string is missing from my server? I feel like this shouldn't be an issue in the first place... Tried doing a yum update for php-mb* and it can't find anything to install along with the php-common extension. Anybody have any suggestions? Thank you, Chris

This can occur when we're in the middle of updating EasyApache on the update servers. [quote]The update server is currently updating its files. It may take up to 30 minutes before access can be obtained. Waiting 30 seconds for access to the update server......
Today, there were some network congestion issues, which made the update process take a little longer than usual.

Okay. It's working fine now. However, I am having an issue still with the update. After rebuilding, it never says it completed until I click "refresh output window". That's when the WHM interface lets me know that the build has been completed. When I try to access the "Configure PHP and suEXEC" it yells at me saying that there is a build still in process... I manually have to remove the file in order to access that module. Any ideas why?

Hello, Please open a support ticket so that one of our analysts can review the logs on your server and try to determine why the browser session hung.
