There is no update for you at this time. You're running a very far out of date, unsupported version of cPanel. Have you looked at the documentation I've linked you to, above?

Hello Infopro, I am planning to upgrade it but for the time being, I want to resolve the below mentioned queries/issues. Please help me out on the same. I have already gone through mentioned document. Actually I want answer/suggestion on below queries. ------------------------------------------------------- Queries. 1). Is this account transferred successfully from /home to /home2? 2). Rearrange Account option creating symlink in /home to /home2 but it is not created. 3). There is no xyz directory in /home. 4). In WHM, xyz account disk usage space is showing 4 MB but directory path is showing /home2/xyz. ------------------------------------------------------------ Can I create symlink manually using below command to resolve above issues? ln -s /home2/xyz /home/xyz Where /home2/xyz is new path and /home/xyz is old path. Thanks, Imran Khan.

Due to your cPanel software being so far out of date, no support can be provided. This was mentioned to you in your ticket, and by me above. 1) No clue. You might look and verify manually to check. You can check disk space usage using the methods mentioned in the link I posted above. 2) I can't answer this, not sure what you're asking. 3) Same here, whats the question? If there's no directory in /home what would be the interest in symlinking to home2? 4) So the account was moved, or partially moved it seems. You can create links anywhere you wish, it's your server. Is that the best way to go? Not sure you need to do this. You should update that server proper to make sure everything is working as it should. It may be helpful in what you're hoping to do. Many changes, bug fixes and so on have be added to cPanel since the version you're running. I know this, your version is not supported. Your ticket, and this thread has gone on for too long and you would surely benefit from the update. If that's not possible for you to update, there's a reason for that too. I'd like to know the real reason for that choice. Your next stop should be to hire someone to assist you in attempting whatever it is you're hoping to do. You can find listings on the cPanel AppCat for that, here: [url=http://applications.cpanel.net/]cPanel App Catalog I hope that helps. Good luck.
