IP address added to IP Denier still accessing site

I have a problem IP Address accessing the site making bogus entries. I have added the IP address to IP Denier but it is still getting access. How do I block this IP Address completely Hope someone can help

  Hello :) I recommend contacting your web hosting provider to request they can block the IP address in the server's firewall. Thank you.
