Email trace gives router forced address failure

    Hello :) Please search for their email address in the Exim logs with commands such as: exigrep user@domain /var/log/exim_mainlog exigrep user@domain /var/log/exim_rejectlog
    Check to see if you notice any particular errors or rejections from email addresses they claim to be missing mail from. Thank you.
