Email trace gives router forced address failure
I have a user complaining that they are occasionally not receiving emails. When I do a trace on their email account I get a red box that states "virtual_user_filter via virtual_user_filter router forced address failure".
I cannot find any configuration errors. Anyone have suggestions on where to look or what may have caused this error?

Hello :) Please search for their email address in the Exim logs with commands such as: exigrep user@domain /var/log/exim_mainlog exigrep user@domain /var/log/exim_rejectlog
Check to see if you notice any particular errors or rejections from email addresses they claim to be missing mail from. Thank you.0
