Back up emails?

Can I backup my emails, and save it in my computer? because it is taking up space in my server. :) Thank you for the reply in advance.

  Hello :) There are no options in cPanel to download just your email files, but you can download a full website backup under the "Backup" option in cPanel. This will include email data. If you want to manually backup just the email files, and not the email accounts and filters/forwarders, then you can manually download the data from the following directory via FTP: /home/$username/mail

  I'm trying to back up now the email, but i can only see one email here. I've inserted a printscreen of it.. .vB Hope you could help me.. >.< Thank you in advance.

  You must select a "Full" backup to download a backup of the entire account. Thank you.

  Why not download them using Outlook or Thunderbird.
