setting - maximum percantage of failure & Maximum Hourly Email for all users

Actually i migrated from other panel to cpanel. I set the new limits for new users (Maximum Hourly Email by Domain Relayed and Maximum percentage of failed or deferred messages a domain may send per hour. ) But how can i do this for all existing user?

  Hello :) You can modify those options under the "Mail" tab in "WHM Home " Server Configuration " Tweak Settings". The values for those options apply to every domain hosted by your server (unless specifically configured otherwise), not just new accounts. Thank you.
