Hello :) You will have to disable the Spamcop RBL if you do not want to white list the individual IP addresses used by Yahoo. You can disable this option under the "RBL" tab in "WHM Home " Service Configuration " Exim Configuration Manager". Thank you.

Is this happening with other RBLS? The initial post indicates it's only happening with SpamCop. This is an ongoing issue with SpamCop, and it's often discussed on their support forums. You may want to consider using an alternate RBL if SpamCop continues to block emails that you feel should be allowed. Thank you.

It's happening with others, I found this thread because a user complained he didn't receive mail from yahoo; here was the sending address 98.139.212.174 owned by yahoo and currently blocked by spam.dnsbl.sorbs.net and ips.backscatterer.org according to the page here [url=http://www.anti-abuse.org/multi-rbl-check-results/?host=98.139.212.174]Multi-RBL Check Results | The Anti-Abuse Project

Each RBL has it's own set of rules that define when a mail server is added to it. It's generally recommended to contact the support for the list itself if you feel they have wrongly added a specific mail server. Thank you.

after 2 years of using RBL's i have removed all of them and stay with spamassasin level scores. rbl's are messy and blocked many of my trusted greek isp's. this has caused so much pain to me and my clients. now after removing them i no loger worry about an important email or company being blocked out. but if you have really serious issues you should check those rbl's one by one for one week at least and then decide what is the best for you. i hope this helps.

While this may resolve the issue, it's going to allow those Google and Yahoo hostnames to bypass rate limits. This is not recommended. Thank you.
