Shared /home on multiple servers

Hello, I'm using vsphere enviroment with FC SAN storage and have several cPanel servers. Is there a way to have one virtual disk mounted as /home (formated with a shared filesystem) on multiple cPanel servers? Regards.

  *same vmdk disk added to multiple VMs
