phpmyadmin applying permission issues

Hi there, I have 2 users, one "adam" and another "charlie". When I set charlie to have all global privileges, about after 3 days it changes this so I no longer have all privileges. Would this be due to my other thread of running on low memory? Kind of having low memory would reset what I have applied? Thanks!

  Hello :) What method are you using to enable additional privileges for the MySQL user? Is this a MySQL user that is created under a cPanel account? Thank you.
