How to do this?
I have a cpanel / whm server that uses Spamassasin + blacklists bl.spamcop.net and spamhaus
One client ( domainname.com ) for example wants that none of the inward emails should be treated as bounce for any reason .
We have already put wildcards on spamassasin for those emails to not get blocked by spamassasin.
However emails where sender Ip is on the blacklist above still gets rejected.
I want a way to have those emails also come in but only for this domain name .
Is there any way to do this, ofcourse without putting the server at security risk . When a user on domain.com send mail out it should still ask for proper smtp authentication and so on. How the outward mails work shouldn't change.

Is spam assassin disabled on the account via cPanel? 0 -
spamassasin is enabled . Because post enabling if I whitelist *.* all mails will come in. Even those rejected at smtp time for high spamassasin score. now only need to find a way for mails from blacklisted ips to come in for this domain name. 0 -

If this is what he wants, no scanning, disable it on his account.0 -
disabling spamassasin does not allow the mails to come in which are dropped at smtp time. 0
