We are aware of an issue after updating to cPanel versions 11.110.0.65, 11.126.0.21, or 11.128.0.11, some cPanel plugins or features are no longer functioning properly including WP Toolkit. Presently, updates for releases are temporarily disabled while we continue working on a solution for the missing addon features directory. Database created without a user

Hello, I'm using the tools of a host I'm not familiar with. When I created the first database it did not prompt me to create a user. As a result I don't have a username to add to the config files. I also can't find the option to add a user. I've used a variety of potential usernames attached to the account but none work. I've even deleted the database completely and tried to recreate it but still I get the same problem. I would really appreciate some help on this as I've been working on it all day. Many Thanks, Emma

    cPanel > MySQL Databases, scroll down to the Add New User section and add user. Down below that, select that new user, and select the Database you want to add him to.
