cPanel 11.40 Website Editor?

I have updated to cPanel 11.40, but cannot find the new website editor. Is this a separate plugin that must be installed?

  Open your cPanel File Manager, select an existing .html file or create one to test out the editor, ex: testing.html and save. Select that file and click "HTML Editor" button on top of File Manager window. .vB
