11.40 IPv6 TTL DNS Entries

Hello, I have been testing the cPanel 11.40 IPv6 and I noticed one thing about the created IPv6 dns records. I changed a setting in Home "Server Configuration "Basic cPanel & WHM Setup from 14400 to 3600. When creating an account the IPv4 records are created with TTL of 3600 but not the IPv6 ones, they get 14400. Is this a bug?
