    Hello :) Please note that manually editing the Exim configuration file is not required to change the IP address Exim uses to send email. Instead, you can follow the instructions at: Changing the Sending IP for Outbound Email in Exim Does the issue continue when following these instructions? If so, you may want to open a support ticket so we can take a closer look at the actual IP address. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.
