Site Software Update Notice Script version information
Hello all.
I have been receiving an email for a while now about WordPress being out of date on one of my sites. When ever I tried to run through the update process, always received an error stating the directory was unavailable. Bleh...
Finally got some time to monkey around with the server this past week and ultimately decided to run the update process directly from within the WordPress installation. It upgraded smoothly.
Problem is I am still receiving the email stating WP is out of date. How do I force the CPanel/WHM scripts to update their repository of version information of what software is actually installed so it will stop notifying me?

Hello :) To ensure the application remains managed by cPanel, you can only upgrade using the links provided in the email, or via the "Site Software" option within cPanel. Anytime you manually upgrade an application through the application's administrative panel, or by uploading the files via FTP, it prevents cPanel from managing that application at any point in the future. Thus, you must remove the cPAddon data (it's stored in a YAML file) for the application you manually upgraded from the following directory: /home/username/.cpaddons
