What are these files in my CPanel for?

I notice that I have the following files in my server. There are as follow: public_html/cgi-bin/entropybanner.cgi public_html/cgi-bin/randhtml.cgi My website have been a victim of an attack recently so after fixing the stuffs I am still kind of worried. Can anyone tell me what are these files? Are they harmful?

  They can be safely deleted. Added by cPanel. If you don't need CGI Access it should be disabled in all packages, create Packages without it. Also, Random Html Generator, Entropy Banner Entropy Search and many others, can be disabled via your Features list you use for all Packages.
