SSL SNI problem
I have tried to install a SSL certificate for a user account in Cpanel on a shared IP but when I click on Install Certificate the following message appears:
"Your IP address is shared with other users. Because your server does not support SNI, you must have a dedicated IP address to install an SSL-secured website"
Webbserver is: Apache/2.4.6 (Unix) OpenSSL/1.0.0-fips mod_bwlimited/1.4
Cpanel version 11.38.2
OS: CentOS 6.4
I have read that SNI should work on this setup, what should I do?
Do I have to install the certificate from root login for the specific domain? I have read that it should work from the user account if the SSL/TLS Manager is shown when logged in.

That's mighty peculiar. You are correct, SNI should be working on that server. Please open a support ticket with us so we can determine, and resolve, the issue.0
