I had set it to local mail exchanger, can I say the mail will be send to both mail exchanger?

Hello :) I don't believe that is going to give you the setup you desire. If someone on a remote mail server sends an email to this domain name, it's only going to deliver the email to the highest priority mail exchanger. The setting you are referring to is only going to affect local email sent from the cPanel server if the domain name is hosted on the cPanel server. Thank you. 0
