Move certain DB to different partition

Hi I am aware and know how to move/symlink the mysql data folder to another drive/partition. What I am after is a little different. I want to move only 1 database to another partition. I am unable to move the entire folder, as the DB's are currently running on SSD drives in raid and the other partition is is a standard drive. Is it possible to move individual DB's to another drive/partition? Thanks

  Hello :) I don't believe the use of multiple data directories with MySQL is supported. One alternative would be to setup MySQL on a remote server and host the database on the remote MySQL server. Thank you.
