SSL Cache?
Hi All,
A weird issue exists where I have a client that informed us that he gets a SSL expired error in his email client, outlook.
I checked on the server under "Manage Service SSL Certificates" with a colleague and see that it states all the SSLs have been updated to the new one which expires in 2014 only.
cPanel/WHM/Webmail Service
Issuer: C = GB, ST = Greater Manchester, L = Salford, O = COMODO CA Limited, CN = EssentialSSL CA
Not Before: Sep 5 00:00:00 2013 GMT
Not After: Oct 5 23:59:59 2014 GMT
Subject: OU = Domain Control Validated, OU = EssentialSSL Wildcard,
Self Signed: NO
Any ideas as to why the client is getting these popups. He sais it occurs on various PCs. Is there some caching on exim or dovecot that somehow needs to be cleared for clients to start using the new SSL we added last month?
Thanks for help

Hello :) Could you verify which mail server name the customer is using in their email client? Ensure they enter the SSL certificate name to avoid potential warning messages in the email client. Thank you. 0
