Site Visible via IP

Hi all Newbie question here as we are recent converts to cpanel We have started to provision sites through whm/cpanel though we are having issues browsing the site directly to its IP address Error presented is Index of / Apache/2.2.22 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.22 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 PHP/5.3.13 Server at XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX Port 80 though when we browse to the DNS name the site is visibile Any help for a newbie would be gratefully appreciated Thanks

  Hello :) You will only be able to access the website directly over the IP address if it's a dedicated IP address assigned to a a single account. It can not be the main shared IP address of the server, or assigned to any other accounts. Thank you.
