New Backup not working after legacy did

Hi I have been using the legacy backup since I took over a website a couple of months ago but I want to start backing up individual accounts. I have now decided that I would like to use the new back up in 11.38 WHM only issue is when I try to connect to my backup server by ftp it comes up with an error Validation for transport "Backup_Name" failed: Cannot connect to "IP Address" I connected to my ip address on ssh OK and created the backup accounts so why wont this back up ? FTP is on port 21 Thanks in advance Martyn

  Hello :) Have you tried temporarily disabling any firewall rules on your system to rule that out as the cause of the problem? When entering the destination IP and directory, have you entered them correctly with no spaces at the end? Thank you.
