New backup system, backup to FTP ... ¿Backup System Files?

Hello, I'm using the new system backups (WHM 11.38.2), the destination is FTP and the option "Retain backups in the default backup directory" is checked. In the backup directoy i found all OK (acounts backup and system files backups), but in the FTP I see only acounts backups and no "System Files Backups".

  Hello :) The backup of system files to remote destinations must be enabled manually at this time.   Hi @cPanelMichael I could not see this option in my WHM's account. So, this means it can only be used by ROOT / ADMIN members? Or is there a way a reseller account can create backups and send for another place as described in the Backup configuration's page?   It's not possible to modify that value as a reseller. You will need to contact your web hosting provider to complete that for you. Are you sure you do not have root access and are simply logging in with a reseller username? The "Backup Configuration" option in Web Host Manager is only available to someone with root privileges. Thank you.
