Update libmysqlclient.so.15 to libmysqlclient.so.16 arise error 500. ?

Why update libmysqlclient.so.15 to libmysqlclient.so.16 arise error 500. check error log: /usr/bin/php: error while loading shared libraries: libmysqlclient.so.15: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
and all hosting appears error Internal Serrver Error 500. I don't understant it.

  i can fixed it, but i don't understant why upgrade to mysqlclient.so.16 raise Internal Server Error. May be php version. I'm used php 5.2 or 5.3. Thanks.

  That will typically happen if you fail to run EasyApache after upgrading MySQL. Are you sure you rebuilt Apache/PHP through EasyApache after upgrading MySQL? Thank you.
