Backup creation problem

Hey guys, I have a weird funky problem.. I'm trying to create a backup for one website that's only 1GB big and it just doesn't complete it. I was able to backup my smaller websites, but I have that site that's ~1GB and another one is 21 GB.. but cpanel's backup system is unable to create backups of both of those sites. Any ideas? I have been used both web and command line backup.

  Hello :) Are you receiving any particular error messages when attempting to package the account through the command line? Are you using the "/scripts/pkgacct" utility? Thank you.
