WebDisk Error

On one server when users try to access WebDisk (clicking on the script on the computer) they are getting the message: This file server will not allow any additional users to log on. Don't have this issue on other servers. Missed configuration on this one?

  Hello :) Could you let us know which specific operating system they are using? I have seen some reports of this on OSX, and some solutions for this issue are discussed on this thread: Apple - File Server will not allow additional users to login Thank you.
