    Hello :) Is the MX record configured for a remote server? If so, you will need to ensure the domain name is in the /etc/remotedomains file. You can correct this by browsing to: "WHM Home " DNS Functions " Edit MX Entry" Under "Email Routing", select "Remote Mail Exchanger". Thank you.
