use smtp in base server

Hello my ip is blocked in gmail i have a question i have smtp, how i can use same smtp for base server, means i add in my server, then all user use same, i want replace that with base smtp it is possible? Thanks.

  Thanks, ok and new question, i can send all emails from different smtp? means prevois you give me with different ip, now i want go send all email with different smtp (one account smtp) Thanks!
