why Restore by Account is empty

Hello All, when i enabled Backup Configuration with FTP Destination Type (remote backup) after backup successed when go to Home "Backup "Backup Restoration .vB and iam sure i enabled all Backup User Selection is on (all users) why i can`t see any user account from Home "Backup "Backup Restoration !! is there any thing wrong ?? thanks

  Hello :) Users can store their backups in remote destinations, but the stored backups will have to be transferred to the user's server host before users can restore the backup. This is documented at: cPanel - Remote Restore Thank you.
