Hello :) Try modifying "Wilshire" to "wilshire" in the filter you have created to see if that makes it case-insensitive. You can use the "Filter Test" option under Account Level Filtering to test this. As for the BoxTrapper issue, you will need to contact your web hosting provider to have them check the Exim logs and see why the entry is not in the logs. Thank you.

I did not really understand theFilter test so thanks for that. I ran both Wilshire and wilshire thru the test without making any changes in my filters and in both cases the filter showed that it was caught and the email should be rejected. Every time I have asked InMotionHosting.com about why something happened they always just say it is not perfect and sometimes things get thru. I have also told them that you suggested that they have tools like Exim Logs to check further and they never do anything except stone wall me without ever answering. Do you have any other suggestions for me?

Unfortunately, we have no control over the actions of your web hosting company. You may want to consider switching providers if you are not satisfied with your existing support responses. You could also have them contact our support team if they need help troubleshooting an issue related to cPanel. Thank you.
