Backup Restore problem!

Hi! I have a friend whose website had files that were accidental deleted. Well, let's just say it was my own clumsiness that got it deleted. Anyway, I was confident that I could easily restore it, but the problem is my friend cannot log in through account on where she bought the hosting because she had a local provider. She could ask the provider, but they are not in good terms with each other. We tried asking their hosting provider for a restore but they just couldn't do it because we don't have the rights. Can anyone help us?

  You will need to work this out with the hosting provider. No one in this forum is going to have the access required to restore your site.
