i want know reason down time

Hello yesterday we have downtime for 4minutes (pingdom send for me report) i want know why we have down time? (it is possible?) Thanks.

  Hello :) It depends on which service was not responding. You can check your Apache error log (/usr/local/apache/logs/error_log) during that time frame to see if there were any issues with Apache. Or, if the entire system was down, you may want to check /var/log/messages or /var/log/dmesg. Thank you.
