Issues with being blocked by spam filters

Had a client that was being blocked by a spam filter. Check through cpanel on delivery stats and found another cleint that I think is causing the issue with my IP being blocked. How do I search further into finding the real cause of this client sending so much email? They have a html based system so no PHP involved. Ideas from all the smart people here..

  Hello :) You could try searching for the domain name in /var/log/exim_mainlog to see recent email activity. This will give you an idea of how much email traffic is coming to/from it. Thank you.

  Now I keep getting errors like this on my WHM interface as well as on client level cpanel screens.????? Internal Server Error 500 No response from subprocess (whostmgr (cpanel)): subprocess was killed with signal 11 cpsrvd/11.38.2.12 Server at creationsmoody.servername.com
