Provide access to my developer

I want to create a user who is having only access to the /home and all files and folders inside /home. I was planning to provide the /home directory access to the developer because he can access all my sites (/home/site1,/home/site2 etc) without having separate credentials for each site but don't have root access to touch any other things. So if any requirement is coming to modify the sites, developers can use the same credentials to ssh and select the site and make the changes. Anyway to achieve this ? Thanks, Gopu

  Hello :) You may want to consider making the developer a reseller, and then adjusting ownership of the accounts you want him/her to have access to under that reseller. This way, the developer can access cPanel/FTP for all of the accounts under the reseller with a single password. Thank you.

  Hello Michael, I have created a reseller 'develop' and made it as the account owner of my test site 'test123.com'. Now I am able to access sites under reseller via the whm while login as the reseller 'develop'. In the ssh login, the reseller is only able to access /home/develop and getting permission denied for /home/test123. Can I give permission to the reseller 'develop' to access the files of the sites under his account via ssh also ? Thanks,

  No, the reseller user will still need to access the accounts individually with the account username via SSH. Thank you.
