Server unresponsive after trying to transfer accounts

Hello, After following this guide; [url=http://docs.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/AllDocumentation/WHMDocs/MovecPanelAccounts]How to Move all cPanel Accounts from One Server to Another I had got to the step which says to restart the service; [QUOTE]Step 4. ... 5. Restart the network service. Run the service network restart command.
The server timed out on this request and now the server does not respond, I have tried to restart the server a few times and still it is unresponsive.. I am at a loss at what to do now, can anyone help? I am quite new to this so I am not sure if I need to rebuild my server due to this error? This is the ping result; [QUOTE] PING 91.109.6.54 (91.109.6.54) 56(84) bytes of data. --- 91.109.6.54 ping statistics --- 4 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 13000ms

Sadly my servers provider could not make the changes either, so I have had my server rebuilt, which it is currently still doing.. haha. Is there a idiots guide to transferring accounts? :) Or would it be wise to have someone else do this for me? Thanks!
