How do you disable the un registered app option?

I just enabled the latest options today one being something about registered apps and noticed now my WHM addon apps do not work. DNS check, backup cleaner, ect.. How do I disable this new option in cpanel so these unregistered apps will wok again? Thanks,

  Hello :) You can modify the following option under the "Security" tab in "WHM Home " Server Configuration " Tweak Settings" if you decide that you do not want to register your applications: "Allow apps that have not registered with AppConfig to be run when logged in as root or a reseller with the "all" ACL in WHM."
