FTP settings - How to disable/hide all directories and keep only public_html?

Hi Guys, How can i set this up. I am trying to configure my FTP that way that when i create an domain that the user who connect with FTP will only see public_html? And how to do this for cPanel either? Currently i can remove all files.. and directories.. I want to block and disable directories but only show /root/ directory of user. How to set this for ALL users? Thanks guys!

  I don't think you can / should do this. It may break proper functioning of cPanel. These are system directories owned by the user.

  Hello :) You should not delete the files/directories above public_html for a cPanel account. These files are required and will result in the account failing to function properly if deleted. Instead, you could create a new FTP account via cPanel and assign it a specific directory it has access to. Thank you.
