Error when add a Parked domain

Dear all, I have a problem while adding any "Parked domain" Cpanel Report : "It looks like logins not working, check access key." Please Advice!

  I think you have installed ngnix on your server but its not properly installed.

  Hello :) Please check to see if you are using any third-party applications such as Nginx on your system. It's possible one of these applications is not configured properly, or the access hash needs to be regenerated via: "WHM Home " Cluster/Remote Access " Setup Remote Access Key" Thank you.

  Thank you but unfortunately i dont have any nginx installed, i had cpnginx in past but i did uninstall it long time ago. regrading "WHM Home " Cluster/Remote Access " Setup Remote Access Key" it report : [COLOR="#FF0000"> Setup Remote Access Key Unable to retrieve key.

  Searching google for: "It looks like logins not working, check access key." All links point to nginx type items. You might want to check your system to make sure nginx is completely removed.
