hello !!!
please any one help me there is a issue with cpanel
when i create a cPanel account from my root whm account am getting this error
[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive] [an error occurred while processing this directive] and other work are done and the account will be create.
then when the client use the login details to log the cpanel there getting this error page

It seems to me that you're using zamfoo on this server and your Packages are not properly configured, I'd just be guessing though. You should contact zamfoo about this, as it's not a cPanel supported product. GL!0 -

Look for any specific output when you notice the error in the cPanel/WHM interface. Also, note that any issues with Zamfoo should be addressed by it's developer. I should point out there have been recent discussions of it's security on other forums such as WHT that you may want to look into. Thank you.0 -

i removed the zamfoo and account is getting create but when i see in account list in IP area that is showing MISSING i think that is the error can you please give me a solution for it ?0 -

Your VPS has likely reached it's "quotaugidlimit" limit. You can verify this by running a command such as: useradd cptest01
You will likely see a "Disk Quota Exceeded" message. Rather than backing up your accounts and moving them to a new server as you mentioned in the ticket, you could simply contact your VPS hosting provider and ask that they increase the "quotaugidlimit" limit for your VPS. Thank you.0
