Hello :) Do you have root access to this server or is this a shared hosting account? Thank you.

Hi, thanks for replying Michael. No root access, it's on a shared hosting account. The VM is now maxed out constantlly at 1.5gb. The site loads only occasionally now.

You will need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase the memory available to your account. It's likely they have a third-party product such as Cloud Linux installed that is limited the memory available to your account. Thank you.

Thanks, they've already increased it twice and each time the amount of RAM used has crept up to max - obviously not a situation that can go on forever. I was hoping to be able to track down the cause.

You may want to consult with the support or developer of the script utilized on the website. There may be methods of reducing memory usage or disabling certain plugins it uses. Thank you.
