Permission Denied

Whenever i try to add an image on my site, it display an error message like ''C:\fakepath\Image.JPG: unknown Bytes complete FAILED! :Upload canceled: could not rename /home/'username'/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/Image.JPG to /home/insidese/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/Image.JPG. (Permission denied). How to resolve this issue? i'm a newbie!

  Hello :) What method are you using to upload the images to your account? What are the permission/ownership values on the directory you are uploading to, and it's parent directory? Thank you.

  What is the permission of the file ? You can check it using "ll filename" from command line or from cPanel > Files > File Manager

  That's just someone or a bot trying to view one of your upload folders which is likely set to not show a listing of all the files you've uploaded there. A 403 is a normal response here since you don't want people to be able to browse what you have uploaded and other folders on your site. So, nothing to be concerned about. The only thing that may be of concern is if that path is actually being referenced somewhere on your site, which would mean you have an incomplete link or image reference somewhere.
