can't access x4 plugin page

I can't access the x4 plugin discussion page on this forum. I get a permissions error. Is this area for resellers only?

  Hi Infopro, The "Discuss on Forum" link from the page [url=http://themes.cpanel.net/x4/]X4 | cPanel Themes perhaps needs to be updated then? :) Cheers, Paul
