Exceed quota by 3Tera? WOW

Please help me on how to solve my problem of exceeding the disk quota? I have not exceed the given quota, but on the "others" directory, I have 3 TB of unknown and not viewable data. How could this happened? I have contact my web hosting company and they said that this is cPanel problem. .vB

  It's not a cPanel problem. Files on the server outside of your account are your Hosting Providers responsibility.

  Hello :) Typically, usage displayed under the "Other" category is for files not contained within your home directory. This could include mailing lists, or simply files owned by the account elsewhere on the system. Your web hosting provider should be able to review the usage from the root level and let you know the culprit. Thank you.
